First ask myself, what is the worst that can possible happen
Then prepare mentally to accept the worst
Finally, I will strive to improve on the worst
bullet I understand fear of calamity hurts me more than the calamity itself.
bullet I understand more than the problems it is my reaction to the the problem which hurts me more.
bullet I will not fuss about trifles.
bullet I understand as long as I can laugh at myself and at my life, life and others can never hurt me.
